Foam simulation

From 2007 through 2010 I worked with research scientists at LBNL on warm dense matter computation/theory. My work concerned modelling thin metallic foams and foils heated quickly by ion beam deposition to the warm dense mattter regime. We explored the effects of many parameters on the subsequent evolution of the foam.
